Fresh baked goods arrive in our shops three times a day: in the morning, mid-morning and afternoon. We bake our mini bakes on site.
The journey of fresh baked goods begins in Gyenesdiás. Deliveries leave our bakehouse several times a day for our shops in Keszthely, Hévíz and Alsópáhok.
At the bakehouse
In our bakehouse in Gyenesdiás we work mainly with German and Italian machines: ovens, kneading machines and equipment that controls the proving. Our main flours are milled by a Hungarian mill, and we use filtered water for the dough.
Morning, mid-morning, afternoon
Fresh baked goods arrive in our shops three times a day: in the morning, mid-morning and afternoon. So there is fresh bread and pastry on the counter in the late morning and the afternoon too.
Mini bakes baked on site
We bake our mini bakes on site in the shops. Our mini bakes include savoury and sweet ones, for example Small cheese pogácsa and Small chocolate swirl.
When do we open?
Our shops welcome you from Monday to Saturday: on weekdays and Saturdays we open between 6 and 7 in the morning, so you can buy fresh for breakfast – a water roll or a cocoa swirl, for example – and for mid-morning too. We are closed on Sundays.
You will find the opening hours of each shop, and which one is open right now, on the Shops page. Our shops are closed on public holidays; we let our customers know the opening hours for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve in advance on our Facebook page.
The range may vary from shop to shop. If you want to be sure of something, ask our staff.
